The workbench contains three interactive dashboards which are used for deriving action plans to improve the action ability of information used by your organization.

There are five parts to complete in this workbench, the strategic dimension pages, the part 2 of the strategic workbench page, the SWOT analysis, and the potential initiatives page. Each of these are factored into the InfoSight Partners Action Ability Index (ISPAA)TM.

The workbench is comprised of two components. The dimensions of Information strategy are used for scoring your focus and image when dealing with actionable information. The second part is used to determine which information receives greater attention.
